Prosciutto wrapped Monkfish, parmentier potatoes with leeks, roasted red pepper sauce and fine herbs.

Potato and ricotta gnocchi pan seared in herbs butter with asparagus, summer squash and sugar snap peas topped with parmesan crisps and a zucchini flower.

Dessert
Coconut Pannacotta, mango sherbet, raspberry crumble, double coated strawberries.
